Mr. May's civil litigation practice is general in nature, with an emphasis on employment law including drafting/reviewing employment contracts for senior positions in any organization and employment disputes between Employer and Employee including wrongful dismissals.

In all civil matters, Mr. May emphasizes the desirability of settling disputes where possible short of litigation which should only be the final option after all other avenues of settlement have been exhausted. These earlier steps include negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
